LTC’s operational structure, task lists and internal systems, guarantee balances will not slip through the cracks and ultimately lead to reimbursement. The operational structure includes a designated Account Manager, focused on the receivables of the account. LTC also retains the manpower of various Departments to ensure balances are addressed and issues are handled by a pertinent Department Specialist.
